Article I — General Provisions
Clause I.A — Enforceability
These Protective Covenants shall be enforceable at law and in equity by any owner or occupant of property within the area of application or by the Association.

Clause I.B — Incorporation by Reference
These Covenants are incorporated by reference in all plats and deeds. All lot owners are on notice of, and automatically bound by, these Covenants, the Articles of Amendment of Lakemoor Community Club (filed October 2008), and the First Amended Bylaws (adopted September 9, 2008).

Clause I.C — Membership
All owners of lots within Lakemoor Divisions 1 through 5 are automatically members of Lakemoor Community Club, with one vote per lot.

Clause I.D — Conveyances
All conveyances of lots are subject to the Articles, Bylaws, and Covenants of Lakemoor Community Club. All purchasers and transferees, by accepting title, agree to pay assessments and abide by all governing documents.

Article II — Area of Application
Clause II.A — Residential Area
These Covenants apply to all lots in Lakemoor Divisions 1 through 5, excluding designated park and beach areas and non-residential lots as identified in the plats.
