Clause IV.A — Dedication for Park Purposes
The park and community beach areas identified in Exhibit B are dedicated exclusively for park and recreational purposes, for the use and enjoyment of all Lakemoor lot owners and their successors.

All parks and common areas shall be maintained by the Lakemoor Community Club in a manner that preserves their wooded and natural character.

Article V — Ken Lake Watershed Protection Area Covenants
Clause V.A — Watershed Protection
The Ken Lake Watershed Protection Area identified in Exhibit C shall be protected and used exclusively as the watershed for Ken Lake, for the benefit of all Lakemoor lot owners and their successors.

The actual watershed protections are scattered across Art. VIII. The revision should either consolidate watershed protections here or add an explicit cross-reference to Art. VIII.B and VIII.D so the protection framework is findable from the asset declaration.
