Architectural Compliance Committee (ACC)
The ACC reviews all applications for exterior changes to homes and properties within the Lakemoor Community. This includes additions, fences, decks, sheds, painting, and other visible modifications. Our goal is to maintain neighborhood aesthetics and property values while supporting residents in improving their homes.
Committees are formed by volunteer neighbors and approved by the board. All residents are welcome to participate. Contact us using the form to learn more or get involved.
