Article X — Effective Date
These Bylaws shall take effect on the adoption date set forth below.

We, the undersigned, certify that we are the duly elected and acting President and Secretary of Lakemoor Community Club and the foregoing Bylaws were approved by the affirmative vote of Owners holding at least sixty percent (60%) of the voting power at a duly called meeting or by vote without a meeting of the Association in accordance with existing Bylaws Article X.
Committee Notes
The effective date is the adoption date — the date the required 60% member vote is achieved and certified. The adoption certification must be signed by both the President and the Secretary, providing dual attestation of the vote outcome.
Note that adoption "by vote without a meeting" is permitted under the current Article X — meaning the bylaws could be ratified through a mail or electronic vote process as described in Article II Section 2.13, rather than requiring a physical or virtual meeting. The committee should confirm the preferred adoption mechanism before the vote is initiated. This article is under active review.
