Vision
We envision bylaws that:
- • are easy for residents to read and understand
- • clearly define roles, responsibilities, and authority
- • reduce ambiguity that leads to confusion or conflict
- • support lawful, ethical, and accountable governance
- • remain stable over time while allowing for future adaptation
Strong bylaws should make participation safer, disagreements more productive, and leadership transitions smoother. When governance documents are clear, communities spend less time interpreting rules and more time doing the work that benefits neighbors.
In this way, the bylaws will give every member and board director a path to success.

Each article and subsection is evaluated against these questions:
